SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For Portugal and the rest of the world we use shipping charges according to the weight and dimensions of your order.
We use the Normal and Registered Mail Service.
The transportation fee may be free of charge according to some temporary campaign on air.
Your order will ship as soon as all items are available. When all items are in stock, orders are shipped the same or next day depending on the time and payment method chosen.
Otherwise, they will be shipped within the maximum period indicated on out-of-stock items.
Orders are processed on working days of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders processed by 12:30 GMT are usually shipped the same day. When processed after this time, they are dispatched the next business day.
After the shipment of the order, for the order to arrive at your door, you usually need:

Customs holding situations may delay delivery.
Mãe Bodycare is governed by the laws and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipping items that are not authorized to be sold at the place of delivery. In these cases:
If the shipment is made via Portuguese Post and is automatically returned for reasons of non-authorization of the goods to enter the country of destination, upon receipt of the order returned to our store, we refund the value of the products minus any Portuguese customs fees applied in the form of a discount voucher.
Although uncommon, in specific cases the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to pick up the order.
As soon as we ship your order, and if it is registered, you will receive by email the tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery status.
All registered shipments are covered by a loss insurance.
In case your order is lost, Mãe Bodycare will refund the entire order or make a second shipment at no additional cost.
The order can only be considered as lost after confirmation by the shipping company, and only in registered shipments. Shipments by regular mail are not covered by this insurance.
MBWay, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Once your order is shipped by registered mail, you will receive a code in your email so you can locate it on the CTT website.
If you have difficulty locating your order, please contact the customer support team.
If CTT cannot deliver the order, a notice will be left in the mailbox to withdraw it at the indicated CTT post, so you will have a period of 5 working days to pick up the object.
When an order is returned to Mãe Bodycare at the customer's responsibility and the customer wishes to resubmit it, or to send a new one, new shipping costs must be paid.
The amount of the postage must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to our customer support team or by email, along with the returned order number and the name of the first account holder from which it was made. the bank transfer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Mãe Bodycare only accepts returns of new products without any damage or signs of use within 15 days of receipt of the order. To return it, you should contact our customer support team via email to register.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and will be offered to send them back with their next order. If the customer declines and wants to retrieve the item, they will need to schedule a collection of the items at our facility and bear the corresponding charges.
To exercise your right of return, please contact our Customer Support via email with the order number, description or reference of the product you wish to return. Wait for confirmation of return by our team, you must send the item to our premises within 15 working days.

An order can only be canceled if it is in a pending state, which means it has not been packed yet and has not left our warehouses. Contact the customer service line for cancellation.
If you cancel a paid order, you will be refunded within 15 days.
Product exchanges are accepted, however, these orders are subject to prior stock confirmation. To exchange an item you should contact our Customer Support team.
Refund Methods and Deadlines
Mãe Bodycare will endeavor to reimburse the customer promptly while safeguarding a maximum of 30 days from the date of arrival of the return to our warehouses.
For canceled orders (paid orders that have not been shipped), the maximum refund period is 15 days.
The refund will be made as follows:
· If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself and can be verified on the next statement.
· In case of payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to your Paypal account and will be immediately available.
· If you paid for your order by MBWay, please contact the customer support team with your MBWay number details and the refund will be transferred to that number.
· If you paid for your order by bank transfer, please contact the customer support team with your bank account details (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be transferred to that account.
Return of transport expenses
We reimburse the shipping costs of orders whose return is the responsibility of Mãe Bodycare (example: defective or damaged products).
When the return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, the shipping costs of shipping and the return of the order will be borne by the customer.
We take precautions to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to decline orders for which product information has been incorrectly published, including pricing and promotions.
